Enterprise Mailboxes are now available to purchase in the Cloud Market. Affectionately named the Little Big Box, our Enterprise Mailbox comes with an unlimited amount of storage and are bundled with Email Security and your choice of either a one-year archive or a ten-year archive. But that’s not all. You’ll also benefit from free migration, so whether you want to switch a customer from on-premise to Hosted or would like to move from another provider, we’ll help you transition over to us swiftly and with minimal interruption to your customer.
What’s the difference between Exchange Mailbox vs Enterprise Mailbox?
No matter which version of mailbox you choose for your customers, you’ll still get the same great technology. Features such as a Password AD Sync tool, the ability to ‘send on behalf of’, and increased attachment sizes all come as standard with our Exchange mailboxes. New features are added regularly too, making it easier for you to support your customers.
Our Enterprise Mailbox bundles everything a small business would need to get up and running in the cloud. Email Security protects your customers from unwanted spam and malicious messages, with 99% blocked and removed before reaching their mailbox. Plus, they’ll receive advanced reports for blocked, filtered and deleted emails, as well as full visibility of their messages so they can locate any deleted emails. Archiving is also included as standard – great for businesses that need to retain their emails for compliance.
Outlook is optional & migration is free
Like our Exchange Mailboxes, the Enterprise Mailbox also offers Outlook as an optional add-on. Resellers can either purchase their mailboxes with or without an Outlook 2016 license for PC or Mac. It does increase the cost per user slightly, but it remains low so you can generate greater profits.
We know migrating customer emails can be tricky, time consuming and a big undertaking, but we’ll walk you through the process and make the transition as smooth as possible. It’s also another reason why we offer free migration to those moving to our Enterprise offering, so we can alleviate some of the costs for you. No matter how many organisations and users you switch to us, migration will always be free with Enterprise.
